Overview

MindFull? helps you capture and organize personal events, items, documents, voice notes, and shared family folders. This notice explains the information the app handles and the choices available to you.

Information the app handles

We process account information such as your email address, name, authentication records, and optional profile photo. We also store the content you choose to add, including events, item details, documents, images, voice-note transcripts, tags, and folder-sharing details.

If you enable notifications, the app stores a device push token.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, sync and organize your content, process files and optional AI-assisted analysis, enable folder sharing, deliver service notifications, protect the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and sharing

MindFull? relies on service providers for cloud storage and authentication, email delivery, AI-assisted processing, and push notifications. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.

Content is also shared with another person when you deliberately invite them to a shared folder. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Permissions

Camera, photo-library, microphone, biometric, and notification access is requested only when the related feature needs it. You can change permissions in your device settings. Device biometrics are evaluated by your operating system; MindFull? does not receive or store your biometric template.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and content while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from Settings, Account, Delete account.

Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. MindFull? is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
